Knowing how to properly conduct Cell Extractions, Pod Dominations (Riot Control), High Risk, Value, Profile Inmate Escorts is key to every Corrections Tactical Operator.
The Emergency Command Center Operations (National Incidents Management Systems - NIMS) course is an OPEN course. This means that the course is open to any Correctional Officer in a Leadership Role in his department. This course is (3) days
Students participating in the course will receive both a certification from the Federal National Incidents Management Systems department and certification from TOG-US. This is just the fist course of several needed in order to attain full federal accreditation for completing the full course.

Class Schedule:
AM portion will be a Power Point presentation in a classroom. PM will be hands on & deploying munitions conducted at the range (or suitable area).
Day One: Begin @ 8:00AM - OC Aerosols & Level 1 OC exposure is not required but will be available if the student wishes at the end of the day. Chemical Agents & CS Exposure Drill (exposure to CS is simply breaking seal and clearing mask properly. It is not required.)
Day Two: Begin @ 8:00AM – Specialty Impact Munitions.
Day Three: Begin @ 8:00AM – Noise Flash Diversionary Devices.

One of the areas that is largely overlooked in training for Corrections Tactical Operations show to properly conduct transports of High Risk/Values/Profile Inmates. This course is designed to introduce attending operators on how to conduct the transports safely and effectively in a basic level.

With the current pandemic with the COVID 19 spreading, it is a matter of time that teams inside the jails/prisons will find themselves dealing with such issues.
