Sidney is the CEO and Chief Instructor for TOG-US. He oversees and develops all training, partnerships and professional leads for TOG-US he has also been a certified corrections deputy in two states. He is also a Subject Matter Expert writer on all things corrections for a well-known law enforcement online magazine.
SIDNEY LOPEZ: CHIEF INSTRUCTOR
Chief Instructor Lopez is currently the CEO and Chief Instructor for TOG-US. He brings with him over 16 years of experience in the field of Correction, Corrections Tactical Operations. Has held numerous positions in several prestigious Sheriff's Departments and has helped shape teams from the ground up to include development of policies and procedures. He has had numerous awards and commendations. He brings military training extended by the USMC; it's personnel and other military entities. He is also a Subject Matter Expert and writer for a well known online law enfacement magazine where he maintains the only Corrections column (Tactical Solutions Magazine). Cris Salaiz: Senior Instructor
Senior Instructor Cris Salaiz has more than 14 years experience in Correction and Corrections Tactical Operations. He has held leadership positions within the Corrections Tactical Operation field for a well-known Sheriff Office in which he lead specialty teams. He too brings military experience from his service in the USMC. Cris is extensively knowledgeable in all areas of corrections, tactical applications and leadership within. Chris Stephens: Instructor & Master Fire Arms Instructor & Range master
Chris Stephens is one of TOG-US Instructors as well as the Master Fire Arms Instructor and Range Master. Chris brings over 19 years of Correctional experience and Corrections Tactical Operations. He has worked for county sheriff as well as federal entity. He has held leadership positions within the Corrections Tactical Teams and continues to provide mentorship and training to their teams.

Luis has years of experience in the private sector for security, been in corrections and law enforcement. He currently assist Julia with Marketing, social media and training coordination. He also assist as a back up instructor when needed.
Luis Morales: Marketing Analyst/Training Coordinator & Fire Arms Instructor
Luis is one of TOG-US's Marketing Analyst/Training Coordinator and Fire Arm's Instructor. Luis assist our Senior Coordinator in all logistics pertaining to training, research, training development and costumer service. As needed he also serves as a add on instructor. Luis has expensive experience in the law enforcement field and corrections environment.

Ed Gless is one of TOG-US instructors and is the lead Explosive & Breaching Instructor. Ed has over 10 years of military experience, mostly within the Special Operations field. He has been a lead instructor for the Special Operations Explosive Ordinance Device teams, Navy. He also brings unique law enforcement experience
